Pricing questions
One submitted photo and resulting reading counts as one scan toward your monthly quota. Reading history does not count.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades begin next billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Explorer is a permanent free tier. To test brand features, request an arranged evaluation period from our team.
You get an in-dashboard notice near the limit. Upgrade anytime. No automatic overage billing. Scanning pauses at the limit unless your contract includes an agreed usage-based overage arrangement.
Paid plans are billed monthly by credit card. Annual billing is available on request, with a discount equal to two months free. Enterprise contracts can use net-30 invoicing.
